Dr Brian Kaplan on Colleague and Relationship Problems:

The work place is often stressful and full of tension between colleagues. People spend a considerable proportion of their lives at work so an improvement in the quality of their lives at work can have a dramatic effect on their overall quality of life. There are two ways in which I can use Provocative Therapy try to do this.

PERSONAL: Treat you personally with a short course of Provocative Therapy in which you will be warmly provoked into taking the correct action at work. I don’t know what that action is but have confidence that I can provoke you to locate it, enunciate it and inact it. A short course of 4 sessions is often enough to deal with most work issues.

PROVOCATIVE THERAPY IN THE WORKPLACE: Dr. Kaplan has been employed by various organisations and corporations to conduct group Provocative Therapy sessions. These can be powerful and helpful as both individuals and teams of people can be provoked into dumping bad habits and replacing them with creative new courses of action. Group Provocative Therapy in the workplace tends to encourage team building and a more enjoyable workplace with more humour, laughter and profit! These sessions are usually one whole day or one half day.
